Welcome to the Opera Appassionata website.

I hope you had an opportunity to see or possibly even be a part of some of our many productions. It has been quite an amazing journey through different venues and centuries of music.

For me as Artistic Director, these have been five very special years. Now God has called me to dedicate my life to pastoral work in the church, leaving behind twenty-six years of a professional conducting career for which I am very thankful.

After seriously considering various options of continuing Opera Appassionata, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to dissolve the Society. This website will now be reconstructed to show some of what Opera Appassionata was able to do. This does not mean, however, that the legacy is necessarily lost. Part of it will remain with those who have experienced performances and my sincere hope is that you will do what you can to keep the arts alive and vibrant in our community by showing your personal passion.
